Day 22. A History of Black Voter Suppression.

Racism is a threat to democracy today and everyday. Its not just a thing of the past. It is a matter of conscience and faith that we do all we can to be antiracist and to end Racism in all it’s forms but we before we do that we must understand our history. Vote for leaders who are committed to fighting systemic racism.

We are not the first and will not be the last to face fascists, antisemites, racists, homophobes, and misogynists hungry for power. What can we learn from the past to assure our success in protecting democracy?
