#Health4All Californians

Join the movement today!

In 2019, we won coverage for young adults regardless of documentation or immigration status. In 2020 we are looking to add one more victory in our fight for #Health4All as we demand health coverage for all seniors, regardless of documentation or status!

Send a message to Governor Newsom and your state legislators telling them why YOU support the immediate expansion of healthcare coverage to ALL seniors in California!

Attend the ONLINE screening of California Immigrant Policy Center’s Cover/Age film about #Health4All pm April 29, 2020!

Download a “Health 4 All” AB 4/SB 29 Fact Sheet from 2019’s Immigrant Day of Action

As Unitarian Universalists, we affirm the inherent worth and dignity of every person. That affirmation must include equitable access to healthcare and medical coverage.

Current Medi-Cal exclusions prevent undocumented Californians from access to insurance. Without any changes or action, it is projected that 1.4 million Californians will be barred from health care due to their immigration status – regardless of whether they meet income requirements.

Join UUJMCA and our partners in the movement to get #Health4All Californians. Support immigrants and immigrant families by contacting your California legislators and asking them to support legislation that budget provides #Health4All regardless of documentation status today!
