While we know our current democratic process is flawed, we continue to work within it as one of the ways we can reduce harm, dismantle oppressive systems, and clear the way for collective liberation.
We believe all people have a voice, and it is our responsibility to use ours to #VoteLove into our cities, counties, states, and nation in 2020. With your faithful support and action, we can make sure that just and equitable policies are adopted by our local, statewide, and national governments.
Want to ensure the voices of the people – and particularly those most directly impacted by oppressive structures – are heard in the halls of our government? Interested in supporting UUJMCA’s #UUtheVote and voting rights efforts in California? Let us know!
