Turning the Tides: Online Justice Leadership Summit
(Registration for this online offering is free. “Pay What You Can” donations will be split between UUJMCA & the Camp de Benneville Pines Emergency Fund)
Let us know you’ll be joining us here!

The UU Justice Ministry of California is proud to present our eighth Intergenerational Justice Summit, “Turning the Tides” (formerly known as “Walking the Walk”). While we will not be able to meet at Camp de Benneville Pines this year, we WILL be gathering online for a series of workshops, actions, and gatherings to connect, collaborate, and create collective liberation!
Justice-seeking UUs of all ages are invited to register for this multi-day offering of webinars, workshops, worships, and justice collectives as we continue to adapt our lives for organizing amid COVID-19. Offerings will be spread throughout the week of August 24-29 (Monday thru Saturday), and will be recorded for distribution to registered “attendees.” Programming will include opportunities to deepen our relationships and strengthen our resilience as we:
- Deepen our understanding of UU theologies and the call to transform our world in love;
- Nourish our spirits with spiritual practices for resilience & hope;
- Develop communities of support for city, county, and statewide mobilization as part of the 2020 UU the Vote movement;
- Learn and share strategies to engage climate, immigrant, healthcare, and economic justice;
- Learn and practice creating spaces that honor youth and young adult leadership in the work of collective liberation; and
- TAKE ACTION TOGETHER ONLINE!
Registration for our ONLINE Justice Leadership Summit is open! Sign up today to let us know you’re interested and to receive programming details, logins, and recordings.
